Spare Parts

Spare parts are one of Yuhong’s specialties.

We will review the drawings before being processed by the mold craftsmen, then we plan the processes and methods. Both the machining and the assembly of each part are carried out in the mold shop with close cooperation among different departments, which enables us to offer customers high-quality precision parts with short lead time and competitive prices.

Prototyping and Pilot Molds

We understand that time-to-market and cost-saving are two concerns shared among companies in today’s global market. At Yuhong Precision Mold, we offer our customers a rapid prototyping service, applying the latest technologies. Using tools such as CNC Machining, 3D printing, soft molds, etc. we help our customers bring their ideas to reality in the shortest time with minimum cost.

Some of our customers will ask for a pilot mold before they will go directly with a production mold. We design the pilot mold as close as possible to the production mold, preferably having the same gating, same parting line, same identical insert design, same materials, cooling, etc. This allows the customer to fault-find the pilot mold before the manufacturing of the production mold. The customer will get the identical quality parts they would expect from the production mold.

Production Molds

Yuhong Precision Mold is specialized in designing and making multi-cavity production molds, and it’s cavitation of up to 128 cavities.

We will design the production molds according to the customer’s drawing and mold specification, and parallelly we will try our best to optimize the mold structure and improve the cooling channels in order to achieve the highest quality parts with minimum cycle. All molds are carefully designed with an eye on consistency, durability, and reproducibility to maximize their service life and ease maintenance.
